If the bin has to sit on the street rather than a driveway, the city wants a permit; the booking form asks, and we will tell you what to do.

Older homes make heavier debris: plaster and lath, several layers of roofing, brick. Those are dense, so a bin can reach its weight limit before it looks full. For a plaster tear-out or a multi-layer roof, say so when you book and we will suggest a size that stays under the weight allowance.
