What accreditation means

The BBB accredits businesses that meet its Standards for Trust and keep meeting them: advertise honestly, tell the truth about prices, honor what was promised, and answer when a customer has a problem. Accreditation is reviewed, not bought once and kept forever; a business that stops living up to it loses it.

For a dumpster company that means the number on the page is the number on your card, the dump fee is included like the site says, and the fees for the rare extras are written down before you book, not discovered after.

If something goes wrong

Call first; the person who answers is the owner and he would rather fix it today than read about it later. But accreditation means you do not have to take our word for that. Our BBB profile is a public channel we are obligated to answer, with our complaint history and current rating in the open.

Check for yourself

The seal here is served by the BBB itself, not by us; it always shows our current standing, and it links straight to our profile on bbb.org. Reviews, rating, history: all of it is theirs to publish, not ours to edit.
